This management covers the following services:
- Management of rented properties: we act on behalf of the landlord as preparing
the lease contracts, registering them at the municipalities service, preparing
the fiscal declaration and paying the taxes, cashing the rents and following the
maintenance.
- Management of co-owners buildings (condominium):
We help the presidents of co-owners buildings organizing the meetings, preparing
the reports, executing the assemblies decisions, cashing the common charges and
following the default payment. We supervise also the maintenance of the common
sections in buildings. |
