Sodeco Gestion S.A.L. forged through the years of it's existence a climate of

The market evolution in the last years shows an increasing demand for the investment
sector boosted by the latest real estate laws liberating the relation between
the tenant and the landlord, reason for which a large number of investors placed
themselves in the rental of apartments and commercial spaces business by buying
apartments, flats and business centers, 8 to 10 % is the ratio on their investment's
return, sometimes slipping to 7 % reason related to the interest rates charges.
Since the economic crisis pulled the prices 40 % down, the market is on its way

We help the presidents of co-owners buildings organizing the meetings, preparing
the reports, executing the assemblies decisions, cashing the common charges and
following the default payment. We supervise also the maintenance of the common
sections in buildings.
